The location was magnificent and amazing, just next door to Martha's Vineyard

The resort is conveniently located near Plymouth to see the Pilgrim Plantation and Grist Mill. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is easily accessible from the resort. A wonderful grocery store on-site provides quality foods and ready-made meals

I had outstanding time here, absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location!

It was within 15 minutes walk from a bus station.

Great and perfect location to park at the sister resorts, easy to get anywhere. Also - adjacent to restaurants and stores, almost anywhere on Cape Cod and the ferry to marthas vineyard. Spacious room with the double beds and a dinning table for meals, for example.

Not always friendly staff!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was great, within walking distance to the beach and town for shopping and dining. We enjoyed drinks at Flying Bridge Restaurant, which was just 1 mile away.

The hotel had a handy location very close to Island Queen Ferry. It was set in a 10-minute walk to downtown. - the workers were genuinely helpful and very helpful.

The location here was awesome, right by the Island Queen Ferry - super convenient! The staff were really on top of things, the room was sparkling clean, and it even had a modern kitchenette setup. 🌟

The hotel is conveniently located near Falmouth Heights beach, Oak Bluffs, and various amenities like stores, restaurants, and the ferry to Oak Bluffs. The staff members were all friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with blinds and a dining table. Having a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee/tea making machines in the room was very convenient.

🏊‍♂️ Great pool to chill by and convenient onsite parking. It's within easy reach of downtown and nearby spots like Sandwich, Hyannis, and the ferry to Oak Bluffs. A solid location for exploring!

I loved the location right on the harbor with beautiful views. It was so convenient to walk to the beach or explore the town. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to all the beaches in the surrounding area, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the Martha's Vineyard ferry, allowing for easy access to the island. The hotel itself is situated right on the harbor, providing stunning views. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a small kitchenette. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations on places to go and see. The water pressure in the shower is also surprisingly good.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is limited and could use more variety.

The hotel was in very close proximity to all the beaches in the surrounding area. The staff were accommodating and very pleasant people. The location was marvelous, really close to restaurants and Martha's Vineyard, Plymouth to see the Pilgrim Plantation and Grist Mill, and Newport, RI and ferry to Oak Bluffs. Close enough to Falmouth Marine Park.

The location of the hotel is superb. Right across the street is the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, making it easily accessible for a day trip. Additionally, being situated right on the harbor provides stunning views from the living area window.

One drawback of the hotel is the lack of a light in the kitchen. While there is a light above the sink, having an additional ceiling light would be more helpful.

The room was updated and very clean, with a very nice kitchen. The location was exceptionally nice, just a minute's walk from Island Queen Ferry.

The location was fabulous with a stunning view. The pool area was clean and neat. The room was spacious with a well-designed kitchen area. The staff, especially Christine, was friendly and accommodating. Real glasses and coffee mugs were provided, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
